Application description of JBA series frequency converter in roving frame

specific application of frequency converter:

1. Before the frequency converter was used in the roving frame, the roving frame produced more than 2000 tons of various products during startup and shutdown. Due to the different transmission chains of the drafting and winding transmission systems and the inconsistent rotational inertia, the linear speed of the front roller leading out the roving strip is different from the winding speed of the cone wheel transmitting the bobbin. This mismatched speed ratio is specifically manifested in that the winding time at startup is faster than the yarn drawing time, When closing the car, the yarn drawing time is faster than the winding time, so a lot of details will be generated when opening and closing the car. It is inevitable for the roving frame to switch on and off frequently in the spinning process

For example, the multi segment speed can be set as one segment with a length of 1000m, and a drop of roving can be set as several segments. For example, a 7000m long drop of roving is 7 segments, and each segment is a function code. The frequency of each segment can be set arbitrarily by adjusting the frequency converter. In this way, the motor can obtain different speeds when the yarn diameter is small, medium and large, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the motor speed according to the needs of the spinning process, and truly realize the high quality and high yield of the roving frame
